Every problem is a design opportunity. That is as close to a professional article of faith as we can think of. Over the years we’ve been given some unusual and challenging assignments. We relish these design challenges.

Several of the projects that follow have been collaborations where David played a lead design role in his affiliation with other firms. Representing a wide range of scales, typologies, and situations, each is a thorough investigation that led to new discoveries.  Despite vast differences in scale, there is a common thread that connects all of them: innovation driven by design thinking and technical skill.
